Office hours will run Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (PT), excluding holidays. Coverage Planning

Assign Surveyors to Count Teams 
Instructions on how to create teams, define their coverage areas, and assign people to these teams can be found here.

Designate Team Leaders
When creating teams, please designate a team leader.  Team leaders will have additional responsibilities including being the point-of-contact for the team, taking attendance, managing incentives, and providing status updates. This video can be shared with team leads to explain the expectations.

Consent Letter for Service Providers Accessing Encampments on CalTrans Properties
Within this consent letter, for the Location of Work within County Jurisdiction please include "The stretch from on-ramp to off-ramp and/or off-ramp to off-ramp direction for ALL ROUTES in Alameda County on Caltrans Right of Way (ROW) in ________ (Your City)."
