Request for account deletion

If, for any reason, you would like your account deleted from the Counting Us App, please visit our help desk at this link and submit an Account Deletion Request support ticket. 

Upon receipt of your request, your personal user information will be removed from the Counting Us database.  

Please note that while your personal information and account will be removed, any survey data collected for people experiencing homelessness will be retained.
